In a sense, you could say there aren't any homes for sale in Wailea-Makena anymore. That's because Wailea-Makena officially doesn't exist today. As of the 2010 census the two were divided into the separate entities of Wailea & Makena. We still talk about them both as whole, though, because they're so close together and still linked in local minds. Few refer to them separately. So looking at homes in Wailea-Makena is the same as it was before 2010, so no need to do dual searches. In real estate, they remain a couple.
That census found 5,938 people within Wailea, but only 99 in Makena proper. You can easily guess where most of the real estate is found.

It's not as filled as Lahaina's, but that doesn't worry residents who enjoy having a little more quiet to their days. It's all about enjoying what Nature put here to the fullest each and every day.
