It's 414.2 wide in front and 408.9 wide in the back. This lot extends from left to right and is not a flag lot. There's podocarps trees that are over 20 ft. tall in the front and back of property for privacy. The land was hand cleared, woodsy and fairly level. There's an old metal shed on the property and it is being sold as is. SSPP has been paid. HPP is about 20 minutes to Hilo and 10 minutes to Pahoa or Keaau. Whales, dolphins, turtles are always a beautiful sight. HPP is one of the better subdivisions on the Hilo side with lots of great neighbors at an affordable price. It is agricultural land so lots of people are growing food, animals and becoming self sustainable. This lot had a nice feeling when we walked it. Tranquil and quiet.
