Training: How We Train
Our training program covers the entire real estate transaction process. In fact, the program is designed to follow the systematic progression of a real estate transaction from start to finish. We, therefore, start our training by going over the beginning of the sales process and prospecting. We train on how to meet people and obtain clients. Then, the training covers how to write offers and paperwork. Next, we cover acceptance and what happens in escrow, and so forth. It is a carefully thought out, well crafted program based on maximizing knowledge retention.
The topics are presented by professionals in their respective fields which include realtors, home inspectors, loan officers, appraisers, termite inspectors, vendors, and even a CPA. The goal of the training is to give you as much knowledge and sales skills to get you up and selling as soon as possible, to earn income.
